  • The concierge care team can support members with:

    • Understanding covered services under their plan

    • Resolving provider issues

    • Answering questions about copays and claims

    • Reviewing bills and explanation of benefits (EOBs)

    • Securing prior approval for medical procedures

    • Requesting a new or replacement ID care

  • Get in touch with Narus Concierge one of the following ways:

    1. You can call 615-559-0418. You are entered into a queue with a call back option. If you are on hold for more than 5 minutes, leave a voicemail and the concierge team will return your voicemail by end of same business day.

    2. You can email concierge@narushealth.com. The concierge team will respond to your email by end of the same business day.

  • If you receive a balance bill, please contact the support team listed on your ID card immediately. They will work with the provider to negotiate the bill and make sure you’re not paying more than you should. You will only be responsible for your regular cost-sharing amounts, such as your deductible and co-pays.

  • Fill out a Lucent Health Claim form in the “Quick Links” section.
