Be sure to complete any current treatment before joining your new plan. Review continuing care policies with MetLife before your plan changes here
You will not be receiving a dental or vision card
Pharmacy:
Fill your medications two weeks prior to your current insurance cancellation
Use Kroger Pharmacy to reduce your headaches and the Trust's cost

You will NOT get a separate Pharmacy card
